Here is proof of me and my interviewee sorting a date and swapping information for the interview and shoot. 

Here is a release and consent form demonstrating that Alan is a willing participant to be in my magazine and for his shop to be a main feature of the magazine, this is a legal binding document and crucial to create in case of any incidents later on.
